We're expanding our dynamic team and looking for an experienced and motivated Commercial Finance Broker who's passionate about helping businesses grow through tailored finance solutions.

Job Description:

As a Commercial Finance Broker, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing commercial finance deals for our clients. You will work closely with business owners, lenders, and financial institutions to identify the best financing solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, basis knowledge of commercial finance products, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Action lending leads and applications.
  • Provide consultation to customers on their business loan requirements to understand their requirements and suggest tailor made finance solution for their business.
  • Coordinate with customers to get all the documents required to start their loan application.
  • Discuss lending scenarios and deal submissions.
  • Login customer application with the lenders.
  • Actively manage lending pipeline and work deals to settlement.
  • Proactively follow up of customers applications to get timely approvals.
  • Provide timely updates to customers on their loan application stages.
  • Effectively manage deals pipeline.
  • Work on existing database to identify opportunities for re-engagement.
  • Engage with warm enquiry customers and convert them into opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the financing process.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • No prior experience necessary however candidates with some prior experience in commercial finance or a related industry would be preferred.
  • Passionate to service the customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate finance jargons into simplified layman terms.
  • Good documentation skills with attention to details.
  • Positive thinker with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Must be innovative, smart and able to think outside the box.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
