The Role

Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Treasury and Investor Relations Lead will play a critical role in Jacaranda's next stage of growth. This is a hands on role where you'll manage the company's treasury function while leading investor reporting and communications. You'll ensure accurate cashflow insights, compliance with funding arrangements, and provide clear, timely information to investors and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

Treasury

• Maintain and manage a rolling 13-week cashflow forecast and daily liquidity requirements.
• Actively manage and update the loan/security pool, including reconciliations, covenant reviews, analysis, and reporting.
• Oversee facility reconciliations, settlement workflows, and covenant compliance.
• Maintain and enhance dashboards and reporting using MIMO, Tableau, and Registry Direct.
• Prepare timely insights and inputs for management and Board reporting.
• Maintain audit ready records and drive process and control improvements across treasury.

Investor Relations

• Maintain accurate and up to date investor/shareholder records.
• Prepare timely investor reporting, monthly interest distributions, and annual statements.
• Respond to investor queries and manage subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers.
• Liaise with auditors, administrators, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth servicing.

Risk, Compliance & Stakeholder Engagement

• Ensure treasury and investor relations practices remain compliant with policies, facility agreements, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and report on covenant compliance, ensuring zero errors.
• Support external reviews through accurate reconciliations, reporting, and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with investors, banks, trustees, auditors, and regulators.
• Act as a trusted point of contact, delivering timely and transparent information.

Systems Ownership

• Oversee the effective use of treasury and investor platforms, including MIMO, Tableau, and Registry Direct.
• Collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Drive improvements in system utilisation and reporting automation to enhance efficiency and insight generation.

About You

• 3+ years' experience in treasury, investor relations, corporate finance, or fund administration
• Degree-qualified in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with executives and investors
• Advanced Excel; experience with treasury/investor platforms is a plus
