We're looking for a passionate and skilled IT Support Coordinator (Level 2) who's ready to take on a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. From troubleshooting complex technical issues to supporting major systems and delivering IT projects, this role offers the chance to make a genuine impact in an environment that thrives on teamwork and innovation.

This full-time opportunity would require the successful candidate to work Tuesday - Saturday.

About the role...

  • Be the go-to IT expert - providing advanced support across hardware, software, networking, POS systems, Wi-Fi, and Microsoft 365 to keep our busy venue connected.
  • Solve complex technical challenges - troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, then implementing smart, lasting solutions (and preventing them from happening again).
  • Keep our systems strong - maintaining servers, Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and business-critical applications.
  • Look after our infrastructure - supporting firewalls, switches, wireless networks, WANs, VPNs, and phone systems, ensuring everything is secure and reliable.
  • Drive IT projects forward - from planning and scoping to execution, you'll collaborate with our IT Administrator, Managed Service Provider, and vendors to deliver improvements and upgrades.
  • Champion cybersecurity - monitoring risks, assisting with audits, and supporting incident response to keep our club safe.
  • Train and support users - guiding staff with patience and professionalism, and translating technical terms into clear, user-friendly solutions.
  • Keep us future-ready - identifying ways to streamline IT processes, enhance security, and improve the overall user experience.

What we're looking for...

  • IT, Computer Science or related qualification or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of IT support experience, system administration and infrastructure management.
  • Solid technical knowledge across Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V), and backup/recovery systems.
  • Experience with firewalls, WANs, VPNs, IT Ticketing and phone systems.
  • Cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • A natural problem solver with great communication skills who can provide professional, user-friendly support.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
  • Flexibility to participate in after-hours support rotations.
  • An interest in Australian Rules Football - beneficial for connecting with the Club and Team Members.

What are the benefits...

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Free gym-membership
  • Meal allowance
  • Collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Involvement with one of Australia's premier football clubs.
