Facilities and Asset Management Coordinator

  • Permanent - Full Time, 38 hours per week position – enjoy the stability.

About the Role

Working closely with Site Maintenance Officers and Residential and Community Service Managers, you will:

  • Plan the maintenance of different facilities to ensure its smooth operations and minimize disruptions for residents.
  • Ensure critical repairs are addressed swiftly to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Maintain accurate asset records and management systems.
  • Conduct inspections to uphold high facility standards and escalate urgent issues for prompt resolution.
  • Oversee inductions, certifications, and compliance processes for contractors.
  • Ensure all work reflects Fresh Hope Communities' values and mission.

This is a permanent full-time position based in Rhodes with travel to sites across NSW.

What You Bring

  • A strong understanding of maintenance workflows, planned maintenance scheduling, trade services and systems to manage service requests.
  • Ability to write detailed maintenance scopes and conduct thorough asset inspections with attention to detail.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of contractor management systems and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a pragmatic structured approach to your work.
