Our client is seeking a motivated Administrative Coordinator to join their team in a temp ongoing role based in Rhodes. This is a fantastic chance to step into a dynamic and supportive environment where you'll be trusted to work independently and keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier/mail services
- Greet and assist visitors professionally
- Answer incoming calls and manage correspondence
- Book and set up meeting rooms and conference areas
- Maintain filing systems and retrieve documents as required
- Support leadership team with ad hoc administration
- Perform basic management of site security systems
- Assist with general office and facilities coordination
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office coordinator role (2+ years ideal)
- Confident, self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Professional communication skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively
