Our client is seeking a motivated Administrative Coordinator to join their team in a temp ongoing role based in Rhodes. This is a fantastic chance to step into a dynamic and supportive environment where you'll be trusted to work independently and keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier/mail services
  • Greet and assist visitors professionally
  • Answer incoming calls and manage correspondence
  • Book and set up meeting rooms and conference areas
  • Maintain filing systems and retrieve documents as required
  • Support leadership team with ad hoc administration
  • Perform basic management of site security systems
  • Assist with general office and facilities coordination

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office coordinator role (2+ years ideal)
  • Confident, self-motivated and able to work autonomously
  • Professional communication skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritising effectively
