About UsAbout the RoleWhat does the role look like?
  • Manage and co-ordinate the design to print process for own label packaging, driving consistency, value and speed to market within the process.
  • Implement national and global brand strategies that align with the company's goals whilst building strong brand equity.
  • Utilise market insights to understand customer behaviours, market trends and the competitive landscape to inform branding decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with ALDIs strategic Design Agencies through the end-to-end design to print process, coordinating and managing projects within defined KPIs.
  • Maintain and enhance own brand visual identity including all brand assets and guidelines.
  • Lead and develop a small team of Brand Assistants to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive key brand management objectives.
What do we need from youWhat are we looking for?
  • A creative mindset to support the ongoing development of brand strategy execution
  • Proven experience in end-to-end project management, process development and execution with proficiency in utilising Adobe Creative Suite
  • Previous experience in Brand Management or a related field will be highly regarded

Remuneration
  • Transparent tiered salary range of $159, 000 - $208, 000 including Superannuation.
