Cafe Manager

As the Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a dynamic team, and ensuring our customers receive top-notch service every time they walk through our doors. You’ll lead by example, drive team performance, and maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a love for the hospitality industry.

**Duties**
- Oversee, coordinate, and organise staffing and rostering
- Uphold policies, procedures and standards
- Planning the purchase and pricing of goods in accordance with budget
- Keeping records of stock levels and financial transactions for the cafe
- Communicating with customers to receive feedback about their experience and improve customer experience
- Promote the cafe brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
- Greet guests and, assist in taking orders

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years’ experience managing a cafe and working in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and during busy dining periods in the cafe
- Organisation and time management skills are essential to the overall operations of the cafe
- Proficient management and leadership skills
- Conflict and dispute resolution skills encouraged

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
