About Us

Wattle College (RTO 45676 and CRICOS 03095A), a leading provider of ELICOS and VET courses in Melbourne, is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Officer (Subcontinent market) to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our education institution.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Wattle College's vision and goals
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities in the international education sector
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
  • Analyse marketing data and prepare reports to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and product knowledge
  • Develop marketing materials that effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our courses
  • Manage relationships with external marketing partners and agencies.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or a comparable discipline
  • At least 1 year's professional experience in sales and marketing roles
  • Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Competent use of marketing analytics platforms and customer relationship management (RTO) systems
  • Exceptional communication abilities, both written and oral
  • Familiarity with international markets, with a particular emphasis on Latin market, is advantageous.
