Join our rapidly growing Company which has been operating in Civil, Mining and Agricultural sectors. of Western Australia for the past 5 years. Batth Transport provides services to the agricultural, mining and bulk haulage sectors to our valued clients.

Given our recent period of growth and award of new contracts, we are seeking a multi-skilled and experienced Transport Compliance Manager to lead the day-to-day operations which oversee both our company fleet and subcontractors KPI's and compliance

The Role:

You will be responsible for the compliance and subcontractor management on our key projects, ensuring efficiency, and ongoing performance of the fleet and team of operators. This is a key leadership role within the company reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will have oversight of Compliance, Maintenance Coordination, Scheduling and Subcontractor Management.

Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee the daily Subcontractor Management, including scheduling and compliance.

 Work with a team of mechanics located in our Midwest Depot, tracking vehicle servicing,

compliance maintenance and subcontractor audits

 Manage compliance, lead and motivate a team of company drivers and subcontractors

 Provide reporting on fleet compliance, daily reconciliation of tonnages and KPI's to the Managing Director in co-ordination with our administration team

 Aspirations to move into a business development role are welcome, but not essential

 Foster strong safety-first culture across all operations

To be successful, you will possess:

 Demonstrated experience in a compliance supervision role within transport or operations

management within the bulk haulage industry of WA

 Strong leadership, communication and people management skills

 Solid knowledge of trucking plant and equipment in relation to side-tippers, and associated

safety hardware and compliance systems.

 Competency in Microsoft Office, and Transport platforms + the ability to bring new ideas to

the table

 Dependant on the candidates preference, this role could be performed from either

Geraldton or Perth, with a minimum amount of time to be spent on ground each month –

Working from home or flexible working arrangements can be negotiated with the successful

candidate.
