The role:
- Review Quotes, Estimates and Assessment Reports for accuracy, formatting, and grammar, and submit to insurers within required timeframes
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the submission of Estimates/Quotes in a professional and timely manner
- Assist Building Supervisors in modifying and amending Quotes/Estimates and submitting Variations as required to ensure complete, accurate and quality documents are provided
- Update internal systems and client systems as required and within KPI
- Communicate with other team members to solve problems
- Provide operational feedback to Estimator/Supervisors when errors are found
- High-level computer skills across systems and Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Team Player
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent grammar and spelling
- Reliable, with good work-ethic
- A proactive nature and be keen to work as a member of a highly successful, KPI driven team
- A positive attitude, with an ability to adapt quickly to process changes
- Construction or insurance industry knowledge preferred but not essential
