The role:
  • Review Quotes, Estimates and Assessment Reports for accuracy, formatting, and grammar, and submit to insurers within required timeframes
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the submission of Estimates/Quotes in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist Building Supervisors in modifying and amending Quotes/Estimates and submitting Variations as required to ensure complete, accurate and quality documents are provided
  • Update internal systems and client systems as required and within KPI
  • Communicate with other team members to solve problems
  • Provide operational feedback to Estimator/Supervisors when errors are found
About you:
  • High-level computer skills across systems and Microsoft Office suite of programs
  • Team Player
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent grammar and spelling
  • Reliable, with good work-ethic
  • A proactive nature and be keen to work as a member of a highly successful, KPI driven team
  • A positive attitude, with an ability to adapt quickly to process changes
  • Construction or insurance industry knowledge preferred but not essential
