Salary Package - $76700 Per Annum Plus Superannuation

The Desired Candidate must be passionate, a dedicated individual with exceptional skills in producing consistently high quality cake and pastry products at our store – Cheesecake Shop –Bankstown NSW

Job Duties Include:

  • Kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough and pastry goods.
  • Preparing cake and pastry fillings.
  • Preparing variety of Pastry Products.
  • Preparing variety of Custom Cakes (Special requests).
  • Monitoring oven temperatures and product appearance to determine baking times.
  • Coordinating and overlooking the whole cake and pastry production procedure.
  • Glazing buns and pastries, and decorating cakes with cream and icing.
  • Knowing how to operate machines.
  • Emptying, cleaning and greasing baking trays, tins and other cooking equipment.
  • Efficient, clean and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Quality control of raw materials and weighing ingredients.

The Eligible Candidate must:

  • Have good communication skills in English.
  • Be willing to work on full time basis.
  • Cert IV in Patisserie
  • 2-3 Years of Experience working for a Cheesecake Shop or Similar Setup

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $76,700.00 per year
