We're looking for an experienced and skilled Pastry Cook to join our Lune Sydney team.

Hours: Full time 38 hours per week

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in relevant role

Visa Sponsorship: Nomination for temporary work visa and/or Permanent Residency will be considered for eligible candidates.

Some of the duties you will be required to perform include:

  • Baking, assembling and garnishing pastries
  • Monitoring and maintaining product quality
  • Mixing dough, laminating and shaping pastries
  • Preparing and cooking pastry fillings
  • Maintaining equipment to OH&S standards
