YOUR NEXT COMPANY:

This company is a national construction company with staff that does new builds, refurbishments and fit outs across numerous commercial construction sectors as well as alternate areas of construction. They have for years been operating in this space and are well known around Adelaide. They are looking for an Estimator or Senior Estimator to join their estimation team.

YOUR NEXT ROLE:

You will prepare estimates for works to be completed on numerous commercial projects from $10 - $30mill in size on average. You will identify labour, material and time components and provide accurate costing for tenders and proposals. There will assistance to this role internally and externally to ensure your success. 

IS IT A FIT FOR YOU?

To be considered successful you will have years of experience working for commercial builders in Australia as an Estimator. You will have excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, sub-contractor relationship management and a versatile skill set with initiative and great communication skills. This is a great company which offers long-term employment. They are a national contractor, so you may have longer term opportunities to relocate back to Melbourne or wherever you are located.
