If you are customer focused, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team, then we may have a role for as a Service and Rental Coordinator at ourKalgoorliebranch.

Your new role:

  • Support our customers via phone and email
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with customers
  • Maintain and regularly update work registers and compliance registers.
  • Effectively schedule and monitor workflow tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Generate and report on backlogs, as well as completed work tasks, to track progress.
  • Input purchase orders into the system
  • Distribution of mail and updating all noticeboards with KPI statistics
  • Process quotations, billing, invoicing and reporting
  • Monitor and record stock delivery lead times
  • Receive and expedite parts and goods receipting
  • Process stock transfers
  • Complete daily administrative tasks independently

About you:

  • Customer service/sales support capacity
  • Excellent problem solving and time management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-developed computer skills microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to maintain a neat and well organised work environment
