Role Description

We are offering a two-week unpaid marketing internship with the potential for permanent employment. This opportunity is ideal for university students / individuals passionate about marketing and real estate, looking to gain hands-on experience in a niche sector.

As a 
Marketing Intern
, you will assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives, supporting branding efforts, and promoting our SDA properties through digital and traditional channels. You will also gain insight into the disability housing sector, learning how effective marketing strategies contribute to connecting SDA participants with suitable homes.

If you demonstrate enthusiasm, creativity, and a commitment to growth, there may be an opportunity for a permanent role at the end of the internship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and implementing marketing initiatives to promote SDA properties
  • Design marketing materials for social media, websites, and brochures
  • Support content creation, including 
    social media posts, email campaigns, and blog articles
  • Conduct market research
     and competitor analysis to improve marketing strategies
  • Help develop and streamline 
    marketing processes
     to enhance efficiency
  • Provide administrative support related to marketing and customer inquiries

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and creativity in marketing content
  • Interest in real estate marketing and disability accommodation
  • Understanding of social media marketing, branding, and digital advertising
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design tools is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree (or working towards one) in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred
