This is a maternity leave cover position, but for the right person there is a strong opportunity to continue on in an administrative support role beyond the initial contract.
As a Parts Coordinator, you'll play a key role in helping us manage and source parts for our fleet of equipment, while gradually transitioning into assisting with company policies and procedures.

· Order, receive and manage parts inventory for heavy machinery and vehicles.
· Process and follow up on warranty claims, ensuring timely communication and resolution with suppliers.
· Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, part numbers and usage, using internal systems.
· Open and close work orders efficiently, supporting smooth workflow within the workshop.
· Liaise with mechanics, workshop staff and suppliers to coordinate parts delivery, pricing, and availability.
· Collect parts from local suppliers as needed to meet workshop timelines.
· Maintain and update registers for vehicle maintenance, servicing, COIs and fire extinguisher inspections to ensure compliance.
· Proactively respond to internal parts requests, ensuring timely support for operational needs.
· Assist in actively developing and refining internal policies and procedures related to inventory and workshop administration.
· Support the broader administrative team with general duties, with opportunities for skill development and career growth.
What We're Looking For:
· No previous experience required – full training will be provided
· Strong attention to detail and a genuine willingness to learn
· Well-developed organisational and communication skills
· Advanced computer literacy and confidence using digital tools
· A proactive, team-oriented attitude
· Mechanical aptitude will be highly regarded
