What you will be doing:

We are seeking a Planned Parts Coordinator to join our Planned Parts team in Mount Isa.

Reporting to the Site Supervisor and Marlanda Project Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient planning, coordination, and management of parts to support site operations. Your responsibilities will include:


• Planning and coordinating parts-related activities in line with production schedules, budgets, and company policies.


• Supporting execution and planning teams with materials requirements.


• Expediting materials to meet operational needs.


• Processing and receipting inward freight, then allocating and storing parts correctly.


• Updating work order statuses and maintaining accurate records.


• Implementing and sustaining effective planning processes.


• Managing excess parts inventory.


• Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and project stakeholders.


• Supporting project reporting and KPI tracking.

What you will bring:


• Experience or a strong interest in the Planned Parts function.


• A passion for continuous improvement and learning new systems and processes.


• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.


• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


• Results-oriented mindset with initiative to see tasks through to completion.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


• Manual Driver's Licence.


• Mine site ready and/or Forklift Licence.


• Based in Mount Isa or willing to relocate.
