Overview:
Seisma is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead and drive operational excellence across our Microsoft and Google practices. This pivotal role ensures seamless delivery of managed services, aligning performance with client objectives while upholding SLAs and best-practice frameworks.
As the bridge between customers, delivery teams, and technology partners, you will manage governance, escalations, and proactive service improvements. You will also contribute to service design, transition, and operations for customer tenders in collaboration with Sales Enablement.
What you'll do:
- Act as the key contact and escalation point for Microsoft & Google Managed Services clients.
- Build strong customer relationships, driving satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee daily service delivery, ensuring SLA and XLA targets are met.
- Provide transparent reporting and insights to customers and executives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Managed Services team.
- Drive continuous service improvement and innovation.
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years in Managed Service Delivery, with enterprise-level experience.
- Expertise in Microsoft D365, Azure, and Fabric workloads.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong ITIL and IT Service Management governance knowledge.
- Proven leadership, communication, and customer engagement skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL V4, PMP, Microsoft, Google).
