Service Delivery Manager – ACL, SST & CLS Programs

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Delivery
Manager to lead and coordinate service delivery across our ACL , SST,
and CLS programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality,
person-centred services that align with our values and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
-Lead
and manage service delivery across ACL, SST, and CLS programs, ensuring
consistency, quality, and compliance.
-Collaborate
with multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement and
innovation in service delivery.
-Monitor
program performance, outcomes, and client satisfaction, using data to
inform decisions.
-Support
staff development and performance through coaching, supervision, and
training.
-Ensure
services are trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive.
-Liaise
with internal stakeholders, funding bodies, and community partners to
maintain effective relationships and service integration.
-Contribute
to strategic planning and reporting activities.
About You
-Relevant
qualifications in Disability, Community Services, or a related field.
-Proven
experience in service delivery management within the community, mental
health, or disability sectors.
-Strong
leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
-Demonstrated
ability to manage complex programs and drive outcomes.
-Knowledge
of trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practice frameworks.
-Ability
to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
- Current
NDISWSC, WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
-Current NSW Drivers Licence
