About the role

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused
Account Manager
to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our e-commerce clients, particularly those from the Chinese market.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the Australian logistics industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with local and cross-border e-commerce clients, with a focus on the Chinese market.
  • Develop tailored logistics solutions across warehousing, delivery, and customs clearance to meet client needs.
  • Work closely with internal teams including operations, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Analyse client performance data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support new business development initiatives and contribute to overall sales growth.
  • Stay updated on market trends and report key insights to management.

Wht We're Looking For

  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in the Australian logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Strong understanding of local warehousing, last-mile delivery, and cross-border logistics.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — outgoing, optimistic, and solution-oriented.
  • Fluent in English;
    Mandarin proficiency is highly regarded.
  • Full working rights in Australia (PR or Citizenship preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade or a related field is preferred.
