Our Nimbo venue is tucked away in the stunning Snowy Valleys, offering a unique farm-to-table dining experience in one of the most picturesque spots in NSW. The menu celebrates local produce, sustainability, and bold flavours — all served with good vibes and genuine hospitality.

What we're looking for:

  • A CDP or Sous Chef with solid experience in a quality kitchen environment
  • Passion for sustainable and seasonal food
  • A strong team player who thrives in a busy, supportive kitchen
  • Someone with great attention to detail and pride in their craft
