AAMBRA

We are looking for talented Chef de Parties and commis to join our team for a new opening in Rose Bay.

We are a modern Levantine/middle eastern fine dining restaurant aiming to leave a mark in Sydney hospitality scene.

The venue is a beautiful former heritage church in the heart of Rose Bay, Sydney Eastern suburbs.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high quality dishes to our guests' specifications. This role requires a good level of culinary expertise as well as strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to restaurant standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
