Due to our business growth, we're looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Account Manager who can bring strategic insight, creative thinking, and strong client management skills to our team

In this role you'll be responsible for building social media strategies that drive measurable results, developing creative campaigns that stand out, and building trusted relationships with clients.

The role will include face to face engagement with clients.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Someone who can see the bigger picture as well as deliver the details — a creative thinker who can design strategies, lead clients with confidence, and turn ideas into engaging campaigns.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience managing social media platforms and campaigns (Instagram, Facebook LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Strong capability in campaign planning, creative ideation, and client strategy development.
• Strong skills in content writing and design.
• Experienced in using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite of products is considered ideal.
• Confidence in presenting ideas and recommendations to clients.
• A proactive solutions focused mindset.
• Creative flair and attention to detail
• Excellent time management - you can juggle tasks and meet deadlines independently

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and present tailored social media strategies for clients aligned with their goals.
• Research market trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to inform strategic direction.
• Manage and optimise targeted ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Create engaging content for a range of social media campaigns including, short-form video newsletters and articles
• Plan, produce, and edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Research and build relationships with influencers, UGC creators that align with client brands.
• Use trend insights, Google analytics, and creative testing to refine strategies and maximise ROI.
• Pitch brand stories to editorial publications and industry platforms.
• Experiment with new formats and AI driven tools to enhance content production.
• Apply precise data-driven adjustments to boost return on investment across digital platforms including on-going tracking, bid strategies etc
• Present strategies, performance reports, and recommendations with confidence and clarity.
• Develop written briefs to design team to deliver ad creative for client campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of experience in designing, writing and managing Social Media advertising campaigns.
• High standard of English -ability to communicate and understand strategies and recommendations
• A track record of improving campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
• A generalist knowledge of search marketing methods is preferable.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
