The Opportunity:
As our
Sales Performance Analyst
, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the success of our sales teams across Australia and New Zealand. This is your opportunity to step into a strategic, high-impact role where you'll streamline sales processes, champion CRM adoption, and deliver the insights that drive smarter decision-making. What you will be responsible for:
- Champion CRM
: Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and adoption of CRM and sales data to support reliable reporting. - Drive performance insights: Own sales analysis, KPI reporting, and dashboards to guide decision-making and execution.
- Partner with Sales Managers
to use insights to support development of Sales plans, revenue and outcomes - Identify opportunities
to streamline workflows and improve tools, driving efficiency and scalability. - Support Business in development of Sales processes and forecasting
- Drive lead generation
and deliver sales projects that strengthen client outcomes, including contract renewals and technology refreshes.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years' experience
in
Sales Operations,
Revenue Operations, or Sales Analytics in a B2B environment. multi-territory/national exposure desirable) - Strong background
in
CRM
use and adoption (HubSpot, Salesforce, or SugarCRM), including dashboard and reporting development. - Proven ability to deliver actionable insights that shape sales planning and execution.
- Analytical mindset
: Skilled at working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics to extract actionable insights - Experience
managing projects/programmers
that support sales or client success. - Commercial acumen
, analytical skills, and a proactive, process-driven mindset. - Collaborative communicator
: Works constructively across teams and functions to achieve shared business outcomes.
