Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager based in the Greater Perth Area. The Production Manager will oversee production operations, implement schedules, and ensure the achievement of output, efficiency, and quality targets. This position involves supervising teams, managing resources, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. The role also includes identifying areas for process improvement and driving continuous development initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Production management and scheduling expertise, along with knowledge of resource allocation and workflow optimization
  • Strong leadership, team supervision, and personnel management capabilities
  • Experience in process improvement, quality control, and operational efficiency enhancement
  • Proficiency in communication and cross-departmental coordination
  • Understanding of health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards in manufacturing environments
  • Technical background in engineering or manufacturing is desirable
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, production management, or related fields
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
