**Aim of the Role**:
The Digital Marketing Specialist Manager at Adcore is responsible for planning, developing, and executing high-performing advertising campaigns that drive business growth. This role involves analyzing market trends, advising on advertising strategies, and managing digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms to maximize brand awareness and sales.
**Scope of the Role**:
Using Adcore’s proprietary advertising solutions and digital marketing tools, the Digital Marketing Specialist Manager will develop and implement multi-channel advertising strategies. The role requires expertise in paid media, consumer insights, and data-driven campaign optimization to help clients enhance their digital presence and achieve their sales objectives.
**Main Duties**:
**Advertising Strategy & Execution**
- Plan, develop, and implement advertising policies and campaigns aligned with business and client objectives.
- Optimize campaigns and product listings to improve visibility, engagement, and conversions.
**Consumer Insights & Market Research**
- Analyze consumer behavior, patterns, and preferences to refine advertising strategies.
- Research and forecast market trends and opportunities for new and existing products or services.
- Collect and interpret data insights to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
**Campaign Coordination & Management**
- Oversee the execution of advertising materials including creative assets, media planning, and placements across digital platforms.
- Work within budget and timeline constraints to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and clients to align marketing strategies with business goals.
**Performance Monitoring & Optimization**
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics 4, Google Data Studio, and Excel.
- Implement continuous improvements based on data insights to drive engagement, conversions, and ROAS.
- Identify areas of optimization and proactively adjust strategies to maximize success.
**Business Development & Client Advisory**
- Support business growth through strategic marketing planning and execution.
- Provide expert guidance on product positioning, pricing strategies, sales promotion, and distribution channels.
- Act as a trusted consultant for clients, ensuring advertising efforts align with their goals.
**Hours of Work**:
This is a full-time role requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.
**Qualifications, Education, Experience & Abilities Required**:
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
**Experience**:
- At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Proven track record in managing paid media campaigns across Google Shopping, Meta, Pinterest, Criteo, RTB, and other platforms.
**Abilities/Attributes**:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and predict consumer trends.
- Creative approach to advertising and content development.
- Highly proficient in social media advertising and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
