Role Highlights:This Account Executive role is a key client-relations position, responsible for managing day-to-day retail operations, building strong client relationships, and ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders. You'll play a vital role in driving sales, profitability, and growth while contributing to wider strategic objectives.

The Role:

  • Act as the primary contact for Retail category teams and internal stakeholders, driving strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Manage promotional programs, rebates, and retail mastersheets to ensure accuracy and alignment with internal planning teams.
  • Coordinate new product launches, deletions, and commercials in collaboration with Product Development and Marketing.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and contribute to quarterly business reviews and category strategies.
  • Lead the Freezer account strategy, oversee collaboration meetings, and resolve adhoc claims while supporting overall business objectives.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven sales or account management experience in FMCG or Retail
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel and analytical capability
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and responsive under pressure
  • Able to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
