We're on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Insurance Brokerto join our team. This is a full-time opportunity to work with a group of people who genuinely enjoy what they do—and who support each other every step of the way.

About the role

BIG is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join our team. This full-time position is crucial in supporting our clients and driving the success of our brokerage operations.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

  • Working with the Director and wider team on a portfolio of valued clients with care and attention
  • Understanding each client's unique insurance needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Handling new business, renewals, and policy adjustments efficiently and accurately
  • Building genuine, long-lasting relationships that go beyond transactions
  • Actively contributing ideas to help us improve and grow

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 2–3 years' experience as an Insurance Broker
  • A strong service mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Great attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude
  • Confident working with insurance policies and systems
  • A genuine team player who brings positivity and professionalism to the table
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards
  • A passion for helping people and making insurance easier to understand
