About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for an Account Executive to join a respected and growing brokerage. Working closely with an Account Manager, you'll assist in managing a portfolio of SME and mid-market clients across multiple insurance lines.

This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in insurance who's looking to take the next step into broking. You'll gain exposure to all facets of the client journey, from renewals and endorsements to claims support and policy documentation, while building your technical and client relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Managers with servicing SME and mid-market portfolios
  • Prepare renewal documentation, quotes, endorsements, and invoices
  • Support clients with claims and policy enquiries
  • Maintain accurate and detailed file notes and compliance records
  • Develop knowledge of insurance products and broking systems
  • Build relationships with clients, insurers, and internal teams

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in an insurance support or broking role
  • Tier 2 qualified (Tier 1 preferred or willingness to complete)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and broking systems such as Insight, Sunrise, or SVU
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
