What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping our technical capabilities and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Spearheading the design and implementation of M365 and Azure solutions for our diverse client base.
  • Establishing and upholding best practices for our internal Azure capabilities.
  • Providing expert-level support across on-premises systems, cloud infrastructure, networking, and security.
  • Serving as a senior escalation point for intricate M365 and cloud-related challenges.
  • Collaborating with clients to develop technical roadmaps and strategic architectural plans.
  • Driving the enhancement of our service delivery frameworks.

What You'll Bring

To excel in this role, you will have a strong background in a Level 2/3 or Lead Engineer capacity within an MSP environment. We are looking for:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with M365, Windows Server, Azure, and Hyper-V.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, including experience with EDR/MDR solutions.
  • Proficiency in networking, including switching, firewalls, and load balancers.
  • Excellent client-facing and consulting skills, with a knack for building strong relationships.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for achieving outstanding client outcomes.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (highly desirable).
