This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Trainer/Assessor to deliver Business courses - Diploma of Business, Advanced Diploma of Business and Diploma of Leadership Management.

YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced Diploma of Business
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Demonstrated Industry work history
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent time management, ability to multi-skill and attention to detail
  • Follow policies and procedures to ensure compliance standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Competent computer skills (word, power point, excel)

YOUR ROLE

You will be…

  • Delivering quality training and conducting assessment.
  • Creating session and training plans supporting students in blended modes of delivery.
  • Positively contributing to assessment validation and quality processes
  • Providing a positive learning environment with support and understanding for students.

Your application will include the following:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Your experience working for a Registered Training Organization (RTO)
  • Advanced Diploma of Business
