Aura Education is seeking an experienced and passionate
ICT Trainer
to deliver the nationally recognised
ICT60220 – Advanced Diploma of Information Technology

About the Role

As an ICT Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and industry-relevant training to international and domestic students. This role will commence on a
casual basis
with 20 hours per week, offering flexibility and a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver face-to-face training and assessment for ICT60220
  • Facilitate engaging and student-focused learning environments
  • Assess student performance in accordance with AQF standards
  • Provide academic support and mentorship to students
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of training and assessment
  • Contribute to course development and continuous improvement

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
  • Relevant qualifications in IT or related fields (minimum diploma level)
  • Industry experience in ICT and understanding of current trends
  • Strong knowledge of the ICT60220 qualification
  • Experience delivering training to adult learners, preferably in a CRICOS or RTO environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A student-first attitude and commitment to quality education
  • Preference will be given to trainers who are multilingual or fluent in more than one language
