About our Client

Our client, MTi GROUP, is a global leader in mining innovation. Designing and manufacturing cutting-edge Drill and Blast technologies, their products support some of the world's largest mining operations. Safety, performance, and continuous improvement are at the core of everything they do.

As part of their growth, they are seeking an energetic HSE & Training Coordinator to strengthen safety culture, develop people, and influence across the organisation.

The Opportunity

This is not just another compliance role, it's a chance to shape, lead, and inspire. MTi GROUP is looking for someone with positive energy and a "can do" attitude, who can bring people together, drive initiatives forward, and embed HSE and training practices across multiple sites.

As the HSE & Training Coordinator, you will:

  • Lead the development and implementation of HSE policies aligned with ISO 45001 and industry best practice.
  • Partner with stakeholders to set and achieve meaningful HSE and training objectives.
  • Champion consistency and compliance across operations while promoting a proactive safety-first culture.
  • Deliver engaging training programs that enhance knowledge, capability, and ownership.
  • Investigate incidents, manage risks, and continuously improve systems and processes.
  • Play a pivotal role in MTi GROUP's ISO 45001 reaccreditation process.

About You

We're seeking someone who thrives on leading and positively influencing others. You'll be a confident communicator, and able to connect with people at all levels of the business.

You will bring:

  • Experience in HSE and training roles, ideally across multi-site operations.
  • Strong knowledge of WHS/OHS legislation and safety systems.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders.
  • Formal qualifications in Work Health & Safety
  • A proactive mindset, adaptability, and the drive to achieve results.
