What You'll Do

This is a flexible part-time opportunity (10–15 hours per week), where you'll manage day-to-day bookkeeping functions and compliance for a professional services firm. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monthly invoicing and accounts receivable
  • Accounts payable and bill runs
  • Payroll processing
  • Statutory compliance (BAS, payroll tax)
  • Monthly/quarterly reporting
  • Staff contract generation
  • Record-keeping in Xero and ProjectWorks

Who We're Looking For

We welcome applications from both individuals and small professional firms. What matters most is your competency, reliability, and attention to detail.

  • Minimum 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
  • Cert IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting
  • Strong experience in Xero and Excel
  • ProjectWorks experience desirable (not essential)
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong communication skills
