We are a dynamic chartered accounting firm based in Ringwood, servicing a wide range of small business clients. We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for:

  • Managing client bookkeeping across a variety of industries
  • Reviewing and mentoring junior staff on their bookkeeping work
  • Preparing accurate reconciliations, reports, and BAS lodgements
  • Building strong client relationships through clear and professional communication

After a successful probationary period, hybrid working arrangements are available.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Solid experience in bookkeeping within a professional or business services environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Xero and Hubdoc, with additional experience in MYOB and QuickBooks highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to confidently deal with clients
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to review and improve the work of others
  • Comfort with technology and cloud-based solutions
