The Role

We have an opportunity available as Practice Manager. You'll lead the day-to-day operations of the practice, support our clinical team, and continue to foster the strong, team-focused environment we're proud of. You'll work closely with our Dental Assistants and Receptionists to ensure smooth workflows, excellent patient care, and effective coordination with our providers.

This is a permanent full-time position (38 hours per week), with flexibility to work your hours across a 4 or 5-day week. At Gold Coast Holistic Dental Care, we value work-life balance and pride ourselves on creating a positive experience for both our patients and our team.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in a 2IC or leadership role within the dental industry
  • Ideally has experience as a Dental Assistant or Receptionist
  • Has experience using D4W and Office 365
  • Communicates clearly, calmly, and respectfully
  • Is confident leading and motivating others
  • Brings strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Works collaboratively with providers, support staff, and Network Support
  • Has strong people skills with a friendly and warm demeanour
  • Holds a current driver's licence and has reliable transport
  • Holds (or is working towards) a Diploma of Practice Management or similar qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • Applicants must have full Australian work rights, as sponsorship is not available for this position
