Call Centre Manager – Lead a High-Performance Team with Energy & Purpose

Southport, Gold Coast QLD

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (In-Office) + After-Hours Remote Support

Lead an outbound call centre team in a growing business. We're seeking a confident leader who can drive KPIs, coach performance, and build culture.

About the Role

We're a rapidly growing company in the finance and property sector, currently seeking a skilled and energetic Call Centre Manager to lead our outbound Appointment Setter team.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, clarity, and performance—someone who can build a team culture that's accountable and energised.

You'll manage daily operations, recruit and coach staff, optimise systems, and report on performance metrics. You'll also play a hands-on role in lifting team capability while working closely with senior management to evolve the strategy as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of outbound Appointment Setters focused on lead generation
  • Drive performance through KPIs, daily coaching, and structured routines
  • Recruit and onboard new team members as the business grows
  • Run regular training and skills development sessions
  • Monitor call quality and conversions, using CRM data
  • Maintain a strong, positive, and high-energy team culture
  • Continuously refine scripts, systems, and processes
  • Provide after-hours support for escalations or performance management

About You

You're a natural leader who thrives in high-performance environments. You understand how to balance people and results, coach under-performers, and elevate top performers.

You bring:

  • Proven experience in a call centre or sales team leadership role
  • Confidence in managing outbound lead generation teams
  • Strong coaching and team development skills
  • KPI and data-driven mindset with strong reporting skills
  • Calm, solutions-focused approach with a sense of urgency
  • Experience in finance, property, or professional services is a bonus
