Join our dynamic and rapidly growing team as an **Outbound Sales Manager** at PWAH, a leading organisation in the automotive sector. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our outbound sales team, drive performance, and contribute to the overall success of our organisation.

**Position Overview**:
As an **Outbound Sales Manager**, you will be responsible for managing and leading a high-performing outbound sales team. Your primary focus will be on driving performance through data analysis, team coaching, quality assurance, recruitment, and performance management to achieve and exceed sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyse sales reports and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive performance.
- Provide effective coaching and mentoring to the outbound sales team to enhance their skills and achieve individual and team targets.
- Conduct regular team quality assurance assessments to ensure adherence to established standards and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead the recruitment process for the outbound sales team, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
- Implement performance management strategies to recognise and reward top performers while providing support and guidance to those who require improvement.
- Develop and maintain a positive and motivated team culture to ensure a high level of engagement and commitment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outbound sales management within a call centre environment (must have contact centre experience).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on sales reports and metrics.
- Demonstrated success in coaching and developing sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
- Experience in quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Proven ability to lead recruitment initiatives and build a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- A passion for coaching
