About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor to lead our established, long term passionate team and nurture Parkside's strong community spirit.

What You'll Bring

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
• Proven leadership experience with strong knowledge of regulations, frameworks, and quality standards
• A supportive, empathetic communication style, with integrity and organisational strength

• A proactive, business-minded approach to problem solving
• Confidence in rostering, account management, CCS systems, and platforms like Qikkids, Storypark, and Microsoft Office
• Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection certifications
• The ability to thrive in dynamic environments while balancing multiple priorities

Your Role as Centre Director / Nominated Supervisor

• Oversee daily operations, including compliance, enrolments, rostering, and finances
• Lead with warmth, clarity, and respect, ensuring children and families feel genuinely at home
• Fulfil Nominated Supervisor responsibilities in line with National Law and Regulations
• Build strong, trusting relationships with families, staff, and the wider community
• Mentor, coach, and support your team's professional growth
• Drive continuous improvement aligned with the NQF, EYLF, QKLG and our organisational values
