Grand Motors Toyota is a multi-award-winning company that has represented Toyota on the Gold Coast for over 60 years, providing superior customer service and motor vehicle solutions.

They are searching for dedicated and reliable Call Centre Consultants (Inbound and Outbound calls) to join their team as per the following:

  • Monday to Friday shifts
  • Between the hours of 9.00am - 5.30pm
  • Full time - 38 hours per week
  • Small Team
  • Monthly team BBQ's
  • Employee of the Month Awards

This is a high-volume Contact Centre where consultants are responsible for service and repair enquiries, starting from the initial enquiry through to booking the client and liaising with various departments. Ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.

Successful applicants will have recent call centre experience and can achieve set KPI's. Must be highly motivated.  Automotive industry experience preferred but not essential as training is provided. Work is available now with training on our systems provided.
