Customer Service Representative – Archerfield (5-Month Fixed Term Contract)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our inbound Customer Service team based at our Archerfield facility. This is a 5-month fixed term contract offering an immediate start for the right candidate.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing job bookings, and providing high-quality service and support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and accurately enter job bookings.
  • Conduct investigations and resolve customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide regular updates and clear communication to customers.
  • Liaise with other branches to coordinate investigations and service outcomes.
  • Perform general administrative and office support duties as required.

About You

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • A strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Reliability, integrity, and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Flexibility to work between 7:00am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous Call Centre experience is preferred within the logistics or freight industry, but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong data entry skills.
  • Training will be provided to support your success in this role.
