Position title: Systems and Solutions Lead (Patient Billing)

Employment type: Health Manager Level 2 - Full time exempt for a period up to September 2026

Remuneration: Salary relative to experience and ranges from $114,251.00 to $134,809.00 per annum plus 12% superannuation

Location: St. Leonards or Charlestown with hybrid work arrangements

About the opportunity

Join HealthShare NSW as a System and Solution Lead, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing and optimising our Patient Billing Revenue Collection (PBRC) system. You'll be part of a high-performing team, oversee system configuration and upgrades, and deliver accurate reporting that drives revenue growth across NSW Health.

In this role, you will:

• Provide leadership and technical expertise to deliver reliable, customer-focused services.
• Administer and maintain PBRC, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and performance.
• Lead system upgrades, testing, and implementation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and deliver insights to support strategic decision-making.
