About the role

Health Manager level 3 starting salary from $ $ , plus Superannuation plus Super, with a 38-hour work week.

What you'll be doing

• Gather and analyse business requirements to ensure data solutions meet stakeholder needs.
• Conduct data discovery activities on the Data Warehouse, Data Marts and Reports to analyse data and determine if it is 'fit for purpose' in accordance with business requirements.
• Document technical specifications, data flows, training materials, and test cases to support solution delivery.
• Maintain source-to-target mappings and manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure solutions align with business expectations and keep stakeholders informed.

About you

We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:

• You hold tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or have equivalent industry experience.
• You have hands-on experience as a Technical Business Analyst in a Data Warehouse environment, with strong SQL and data profiling skills.
• You're highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and consistently deliver with a customer-focused approach.
• You're an excellent communicator, capable of producing high-quality technical documentation and engaging effectively with stakeholders.
• You bring strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile environments.
