About the role

Health Manager level 4 starting salary from $141,974 - $169,151 p.a. plus Super, with a 38-hour work week.

What you'll be doing

• Design and implement data architecture across EDWARD's Core, Data Mart, and Reporting layers to support robust analytics and decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable and compliant data solutions.
• Lead technical integration of new and existing data assets, ensuring performance, integrity, and usability.
• Support the development of reporting tools that deliver timely, accurate insights to statewide and local users.
• Provide expert guidance on data governance, compliance, and architectural best practices.

About you

We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:

• You have a degree in a relevant field and/or demonstrated experience as a Solution Architect in a healthcare environment.
• You bring deep expertise in designing and managing enterprise data warehouse solutions, including Core, Data Mart, and Reporting layers.
• You have strong skills in dimensional data modelling, including star and snowflake schema design for performance and usability.
• You're experienced in translating complex business needs into scalable data solutions and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You have a solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards, particularly within the healthcare sector.
