We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our client on a short-term contract, supporting the mobilisation of BST in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in ensuring smooth HR operations during a period of high activity and transition.

You will be responsible for managing a high volume of transactional HR activities, including pre-employment checks, drafting Letters of Offer, and assisting with onboarding documentation for newly won areas under the Defence contract.

Key Details
  • Initial onboarding: First 2 weeks in the office for training
  • Shutdown period: Required to work through the shutdown (except Public Holidays)
  • Potential extension: May be reviewed in the New Year
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and book pre-employment medicals and police checks via provider portals
  • Review medical results and liaise with SHEQ for further assessment if required
  • Update SuccessFactors and candidate trackers with pre-employment status
  • Draft Letters of Offer and send onboarding documents to Payroll Services
  • Prepare consultation letters for P&C
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Organisational Management, and BST Operations teams
  • Ensure all new starters are onboarded in SAP
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to BST operations
About You

We are looking for a proactive team player who thrives under pressure and demonstrates resilience, initiative, and critical thinking. High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in HR or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in onboarding, drafting letters, and booking medicals
  • Preferred experience with SAP and SuccessFactors
