Mama's Buoi is all about bringing the flavours, stories, and spirit of Vietnamese home cooking to life. We're a vibrant, family-inspired restaurant where authentic dishes meet genuine hospitality — and we're looking for a passionate Supervisor to help lead our amazing team at Chadstone.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and support daily restaurant operations with energy and professionalism
  • Motivate, coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Ensure food, service and presentation standards are consistently high
  • Handle opening and closing procedures, cash handling and shift reporting
  • Work closely with management to drive sales, efficiency and team engagement

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role (hospitality experience preferred)
  • A hands-on leader who leads by example
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for Vietnamese food and culture
  • Availability to work across weekdays, weekends and nights
