At ASG Industrial Pty Ltd, we specialise in the maintenance and management of critical industrial water and sewer assets across metropolitan Melbourne. We're expanding and seeking both an Industrial Supervisor and an Industrial Coordinator to join our growing operations team.
These roles are key to supporting the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance, hydro excavation, vacuum loading, and confined space works for major water authorities and infrastructure clients.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coordinate, and support crews delivering industrial services, including hydro excavation, drain cleaning, vacuum loading, and sewer maintenance.
- Plan and schedule daily works to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Manage resource allocation and ensure equipment, vehicles, and personnel are utilised effectively.
- Oversee work quality and proactively resolve site or operational issues.
- Maintain compliance with OH&S, environmental, and client-specific procedures.
- Foster positive client relationships through regular updates and transparent communication.
- Drive operational efficiency, safety awareness, and continuous improvement across the team.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in industrial services, water or sewer maintenance, civil construction, or similar utilities-based operations.
- Strong leadership or coordination experience managing field crews and assets.
- Sound knowledge of confined space entry, high-pressure water jetting, and vacuum loading operations (advantageous).
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to safety and team performance.
- Current driver's licence (HR preferred), with relevant tickets and VOCs highly regarded (e.g. Confined Space, First Aid, Gas Test Atmosphere, White Card).
