About the Role

As a Retail Assistant, you will be the face of our store — delivering exceptional service and ensuring every customer has a great experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Processing sales through the POS system accurately and efficiently
  • Replenishing and merchandising stock to maintain a tidy and visually appealing store
  • Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation
  • Working as part of a team to meet store targets and goals
  • Handling customer queries and product returns in line with company policies
  • Learning product knowledge to confidently recommend items to customers

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Enthusiastic and approachable, with strong communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible roster including weekends
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Detail-oriented with basic computer and POS skills
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is highly regarded
