About the role:
The Victorian Collaborative Centre for Mental Health and Wellbeing is seeking a Knowledge Sharing and Communications Officer to translate complex mental health research and evidence into accessible, engaging and practical content for diverse audiences.
The Collaborative Centre aims to be Victoria's leading source of evidence-informed practice change - grounded in rigorous research and shaped by the voices of Lived and Living Experience. The Knowledge Sharing and Communications Officer will also lead the drafting and coordination of the Centre's website, internal and external newsletters, and support the promotion of new content through LinkedIn and other social media platforms. They will collaborate with the Communications and Engagement team to ensure the Centre's work is visible, valued and impactful across digital channels, events and partner networks.
The Collaborative Centre is a growing organisation operating in a fast-paced, high-output environment where priorities can shift quickly. Flexibility, initiative and a calm, solutions-focused approach will be key to thriving in this role.
About us:
The Collaborative Centre plays a central role in system transformation and over the next three years, we will prioritise translational research and systemwide workforce training and capability development, particularly for the Lived and Living Experience workforce.
Through our existing partnerships with clinical, academic and lived experience organisations we will produce and amplify research informed by Lived and Living Experience and translate the outcomes of that research into new and innovative models of care for better mental health and wellbeing outcomes for all Victorians.
