About the Role
In this newly created role, you'll report into the UK-based Director of Capability Hub – Insights and lead our approach to insight knowledge management, helping facilitate insight sharing across our global marketing ecosystem.
As the architect of our global insights library, you'll design the systems, processes, and strategies that make it easy for teams to find, share, and act on insights. You'll collaborate across four core teams—Brand Tracking & Campaign Evaluation, Insights & Market Research, Marketing Effectiveness, and Insight Knowledge Management—to connect the dots and organise content that drives action. You'll also define best practices, build governance frameworks, and create standardised templates that make insight sharing seamless.
We embrace a hybrid work approach to ensure a great work-life balance. When you're not working remotely, you'll be based at our Support Office in Port Melbourne, ready to make things happen
What We're Looking For:
- Must have extensive experience in insights or research, ideally within a client-side marketing insights team or research agency
- Demonstrated success in setting up or managing insights knowledge management systems, with strong familiarity of relevant tools and platforms (essential)
- Experience working in a well-known global organisation, collaborating with cross-functional teams will be highly regarded
- Bring your insights or commercial experience and hands-on knowledge management skills to life as a digital storyteller—crafting engaging content and driving collaboration in a fast-paced global environment.
- Strong understanding of insight methodologies, research approaches and data storytelling in digital environments
- Confident communicator with experience leading training sessions or workshops across diverse teams
